What does the American Dream mean today?
For Niko Bellic, fresh off the boat from Europe, it is the hope he can escape his past. Play over 5 boroughs, climbing obstacles, driving cars, steering boats and piloting helicopters. Break windows to hijack cars. Keep Niko covered with the new cover system. Bump into someone and they're shoved out the way. Pull a gun on someone and they'll drop their shopping. Get more realistic shoot-outs and greater animation.
